2026 Arnold

Entry for the 2026 Arnold Strongman Pro/Am and Arnold Strongman Lightweight and Middleweight World Championship

Entry fee includes early access to the Arnold Expo for all 3 days, a $165 value.

Waiver
All competitors must also sign the Arnold Sports Festival Waiver to participate. Please do so here. It takes just a few seconds to complete. Choose “Strongman Pro/Am” in the Sport dropdown.

Membership
All US competitors must have a current Strongman Corporation membership at the time of the competition. All competitors residing in Canada must have a current Strongman Corporation or Strongman Corporation Canada membership. All competitors residing in Mexico must have a current Strongman Corporation Mexico membership. All other international athletes will have the membership requirement waived for 2026.

Qualification
All athletes are required to have qualified, either via an official Arnold qualifier, via a Strongman Corporation Pro Card, or via a special qualification.

If you signed but haven’t qualified, your entry fee may be forfeit. Please review our qualification standards here. Athletes not meeting our official criteria may apply to compete here.

Coaches Passes
Coaches passes are a separate purchase. Purchase a coaches pass here.
Coaches passes give you early access to the expo all 3 days ($65 value), as well as access to our competitor area. Only one coaches pass is allowed per athlete. We will verify on 2/12/2026. If there is more than one coach purchasing a pass for a single athlete, we will cancel the order and refund the order, minus a $20 processing fee. The coaches pass works for both the Masters Championship and the Pro/AM / Lightweight and Middleweight World Championship.

Shirts
Competitors will automatically get a shirt with their last names on them.  You can pre-order additional shirts here.

Photography
Owens Media is our official photography partner for Arnold. A preorder for photo packages is available at owensmedia.net

Deadlines
Entry deadline is 1/28/2026.
Deadline to preorder additional shirts is 1/28/2026
Entries received after 1/28/2026 will have a $100 late fee.
Late entry ends on 2/12/2026.
Deadline to purchase coaches passes is 2/12/2026.

Refunds
Partial refunds of $120 are available until 1/28/2026.
Partial refunds of $60 are available until 2/12/2026.
Refunds are otherwise not refundable.
